- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
🍝 For the roll-ups:
- 8–10 lasagna noodles (boiled to al dente)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Lasagna Noodles
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and lay flat on a baking sheet to prevent sticking.

- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Roll-Ups
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Lay out each noodle and spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the filling across the noodle, then roll it up gently.
- Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Step 4: Add Sauce & Bake
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the roll-ups.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
💡 Pro Tips
- Add a pinch of nutmeg or Italian seasoning to the filling for extra flavor.
